Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your order was eligible for free shipping Pet bird breeders Store has incurred the shipping cost to send you your merchandise. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refunds. It will take 21 working days for you to get your full refunds
Once a deposit is placed on a bird, that bird is no longer for sale, therefore all bird deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to take delivery of a specific bird then you may use your deposit as store credit.
Live Bird Shipping
Pet bird breeders will only ship when the temperature is between 30 degrees F and 85 degrees F at the send and pick-up location.
All birds are guaranteed to arrive healthily. If there is a health issue upon arrival you must notify Pet bird breeders within 6 hours after arrival time to receive a refund or have the bird replaced.
